These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zicroe platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zicroe ("we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent
Your data and content
You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to Zicroe, including API logs and metadata. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any data you send to Zicroe, including any personal data contained in log metadata. You must comply with applicable data protection laws when collecting and transmitting such data.
GitHub integration
If you connect a GitHub account or repository, you authorize Zicroe to access repository metadata and code as needed to provide error analysis and debugging features. Your use of GitHub integrations is also subject to GitHub's terms of service.
We will not modify your repositories or push code without your explicit action. You may disconnect GitHub integrations at any time from your account settings.
AI-powered analysis
Zicroe uses automated and AI-assisted analysis to investigate errors and suggest fixes. These outputs are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or complete. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and applying any suggested changes before deploying them to production.
Service availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
Fees and payment
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and plan limits will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your plan terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zicroe and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zicroe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
